Could The Parkside Seoul, a combination of residential hotels and commercial facilities, become a “foreign” tourist destination in its own right?
I think it's possible, but especially the view of Namsan Tower is just amazing.
It looks like it will become famous for its Roppongi Hills feel. It's a shame that Yongsan Park won't open until then, but since it's near the Itaewon commercial area, foreigners will probably bundle it with it and go there as a package.
