I am writing this from the perspective of someone visiting Korea from overseas rather than a domestic person.
1. Gyeongbokgung Palace
The first is Gyeongbokgung Palace, the royal palace of Joseon.
Seoul, originally a city called Hanyang, was the capital of Joseon from the 15th century and continues to be a traditional capital city.
The place where this is most proven and realized is Gyeongbokgung Palace.
It can be considered the architecture that represents Seoul, or even Korea.
2. Bukhansan National Park
Seoul is the largest city and capital of South Korea.
At the same time, it is the only city in the world with a national park.
Bukhansan Mountain is a famous mountain in Korea and a natural place loved by Koreans.
It is a place where you can enjoy the big city in the same day while enjoying the oriental natural scenery of huge rocks and the panoramic view of Seoul in the national park.
3. Myeongdong
It is Seoul's largest traditional shopping district.
Myeongdong is close to old palaces such as Gyeongbokgung Palace and tourist attractions such as Namsan.
There are Seoul's largest business districts and hotels nearby, so it is a place where travelers always come.
In particular, it is a place where you can buy k-pop, k-beauty, k-fashion, and k-cosmetics.
At the same time, there are cultural heritage sites such as Myeongdong Cathedral.
Recently, it has been used as a media facade during Christmas and the end of the year.
It is also a popular place to enjoy the atmosphere.
