It's a position in Yeonnam-dong and Mangwon-dong in Gwangju. Because it is located in the city center and has been neglected from development for a long time, various types of houses, including tile-roofed houses and single-family houses with gardens, were able to be preserved. The strength of Dongmyeong-dong seems to be that it can create a more diverse streetscape as it is low-density and low-rise and has undergone new construction or remodeling (looking around, it feels like a proper mix of Yeonnam-dong, Yeonhui-dong, and Seochon).
As Dongmyeong-dong emerged as a hot place, it seemed like they were paying a lot of attention to improving the roads. In the future, I think it will receive more attention if the telegraph system and parking issues are resolved.
