I think the area with the most left is Hanaro at Sungshin Women's University.
It feels like a mix of Jongno, Sinchon, Hongdae, and Jamsil Saenae (Sinchon).
It might be because it's the busiest area in Seoul with the fewest foreigners.
There are many motels and hotels.
