- Building of the Elementary School Attached to Gyeongseong Normal School (newly constructed in 1923 for Japanese students)
- The site was previously used by the US Army Far East Engineer District in Korea.
- The National Medical Center is scheduled to be built here. Fortunately, the school building will be preserved.
