I started my photography career with a film camera, but this year, my dad gave me a used camera as a gift, so I started using digital cameras.
I started filming hard in September, so I couldn't complete it in less than 4 months.
The composition and editing are all newbie's, but please take a look at them.
[September]
-Sunrise at Yeouido Hangang Park-
Photos that I am proud to say are in the top 3 of my photography life
When the sun comes up, I wonder if I can find somewhere to hang it, but I see a seagull sitting on a street lamp.
I thought it would come out well while taking pictures, but it was so pretty.
When I looked later, I saw a spider web and it seemed to have an atmosphere of its own.
-Long exposure above Shinyongsan overpass-
First attempt at a long exposure.
I always saw it on inserts, but I thought I should take a picture too, so I took a picture for the first time.
I first learned of the existence of ND filters after asking around and wondering why other people can take long and pretty pictures, but not me.
But I still haven’t used it lol
-halfmoon-
It’s just cute, right?
I actually like the moon
I like taking pictures of the moon alone, but I think taking pictures with something else adds more ambience.
-Sunset seen from Namhansanseong Fortress-
first appearance
My friend also has photography as a hobby, so it was the first time we went out together for a photo shoot.
Friends and acquaintances gathered together one by one, so we rented a car and gathered together.
I think this was the day that made me love photography even more...
Taking pictures is great, but I really liked the atmosphere of taking pictures while chatting with people who have the same hobbies.
-Night view of Seoul seen from Namhansanseong Fortress-
Night view taken on the same day
An acquaintance of a friend I went with is a photography expert, so I took some night shots while learning various things.
It was my wallpaper until a few days ago. It's so pretty.
-pal-
Namsan Tower captured at the National Museum of Korea, a famous spot worth knowing.
I saw this only on Inserta and wanted to try it, so I took a zoom telephoto camera and walked around.
I can still feel the sweltering heat of late summer, but the photo looks refreshing.
-Best friend 2-
Like the photo above, I was a bit scared of taking photos of others without their knowledge.
I thought what would happen if I got caught and started a fight, but the composition was so pretty that I secretly took a picture and ran away.
But if I want to take this down, should I take it down? I don't like it, but no
-That frame-
I took this photo because I happened to see someone stretching out their arms.
It's a bit disappointing that there was a fence on the stairs because it was a construction day, but it's okay because it's hard to see.
[October]
-Half moon seen from the window of the plane bound for Fukuoka-
As I was leaving for a trip to Fukuoka with a friend who enjoys photography, I asked for a window seat.
Actually, I was planning to see the sunrise because it was an early morning flight, but there were so many clouds that I failed to see the sunrise.
I was disappointed and was about to get some sleep, but the view I saw as soon as I came up through the clouds.
It was such a dreamy atmosphere that I had no choice but to capture it.
-止まれ-
If you go to Japan, you must take a picture.
Don't ask me why I'm taking pictures, I'm just taking pictures because it sucks.
-sign-
I'm okay with it, but I'm not good at Japanese. Especially Chinese characters?
I only read about light vehicles, but that's not important, I just wanted to out-focus.
-Airplane preparing to land-
Fukuoka has an airport in the city, so I see departures and departures really often.
This photo was taken during golden hour when the clouds were beautifully colored and I was getting off the plane.
-Japanese phone booth-
I took a picture because it was in the mood
-2023 Seoul International Fireworks Festival-
I last saw the fireworks festival about 10 years ago and decided to take pictures. It's been a long time since I enjoyed the festival.
I can't say I enjoyed it, but I just clicked the shutter button at the fence with men lined up on both sides. Haha.
Still, it was so much fun that I experienced it, thinking that this was a battle experience.
When I saw this, Oppenheimer immediately came to mind.
The last flame came out beautifully, especially the tail.
The elderly person sitting next to me taught me how to take pretty pictures, so I exchanged inserts. Haha.
It's so fun to see events like this happen while I'm out on the job.
-Nodeul Island sunset-
It was still not cold so there were a lot of people on Nodeul Island, but the sunset was amazing.
The timing of a plane passing by is truly a work of art.
Night view taken on the same day
It was my friend who is a foot expert who told me about the splitting of the light.
From this point on, I developed a habit of stopping down to f8~f13 when taking night scenes.
-Night view of Seoul seen from Ansan Beacon Mound-
First mountaineering trip
I didn't know anything, so I left at night, but I was really scared and thought I was going to search.
On this day, I found out that there was dust in the sensor for the first time.
The black thing in the middle is dust.
Photo taken on the same day.
I was looking at the bridge towards Yeouido and thought it was pretty.
-Restoration of Gwanghwamun Woldae-
After descending from Ansan, go straight to Gwanghwamun.
I heard that Woldae was restored so I can’t tuna~
The signboard was also pretty with gold letters on a black background.
Give me a long exposure
-Lotte Tower sunrise-
The day I woke up early in the morning to make the Eye of Sauron.
If you look below, I failed, but the sunrise I took while getting ready is really pretty.
-Anyway, Sauron-
I didn't see the protractor properly.
That's because I turned on Naver Maps and used a real protractor lol.
Still, it was fun.
-crescent-
I love the moon so much
I even ripped off the telephoto lens from my dad to take pictures of the moon.
There are hundreds of pictures of the moon on my phone.
The moon is nice just to look at
-Earth Structure-
This photo was taken on the same day. I saw the Earth for the first time
The camera captured it really clearly.
-Crescent moon hanging over Namdaemun-
It's pretty, right?
-Nodeul Island sunset-
I like high contrast photos
Does it feel like only the back of a person's head is shown in a sunset photo like this?
Anyway, there is an atmosphere.
-sunset-
Doesn’t this look like foxtails are eyebrows and the sun is like eyes?
The photo was pretty, but it reminded me of eyes, so it was strange.
-2023. 10. 29. Total lunar eclipse-
Another picture of the moon.
It's a lunar eclipse. Can you bear it?
It was so cold, but I had to endure 4 hours to film this.
I felt like it was really hard to wait and take pictures.
-Gyeongbokgung Palace night opening-
This is my friend.
I heard that it was the last day that Gyeongbokgung Palace was open at night, so I rented a hanbok and rushed in.
I heard that he was walking around wearing a hanbok while working on an assignment, so I immediately invited him to go with me.
A little grim reaper st.
I wanted to upload a photo, but my face came out so I mosaiced it myself.
I even left behind Gyeonghoeru.
[November]
-Chwitadae-
Why I like the Gwanghwamun area.
There is a guard changing ceremony in front of each gate every hour.
If you're passing by, be sure to listen to the Chwitadae performance.
I feel really fortunate to live in Seoul. You can experience this kind of cultural life for free and very often.
-?-
When you take the exit toward Seoul Plaza from City Hall Station, you will be greeted by an emoticon.
A photo I quite like.
-Mallard ducks swimming in Gyeonghoeru-
It was a pretty cold day for fall, but the ducks made the atmosphere very warm.
-Gwanghwamun Gatekeeper-
Is there an atmosphere?
I love you Seoul
-Sunrise at Ansan Beacon Mound-
The Inserta Time Lapse artist said he was going to take pictures of this, so I followed him right away.
Instead of using a protractor like me, there is a paid app for each measurement.
The eyes are a bit big, but I felt good about completing the Eye of Sauron.
-Dalhuru-
It was taken on the same day.
I like the moon, but I also like Namsan Tower.
But these two are talking about each other. Are you going to put up with this?
The author gave me each step, so I just followed along.
too pretty
[December]
-The view from my grandfather’s house-
My grandfather's house is in Gangneung, and if you go into the Gangneung mountain valley, there are wind power generators everywhere.
Is the Six Hundred Demons nearby? I don’t know about that, but anyway, there really are a lot of dogs.
Maybe it was because it was a really cold day, but the sky was clear, so I took one photo when it was bright and one photo when the sunset was going on.
-Cheonggyecheon Stream with snow-
This was my first time using a strobe to take a bokeh photo of snow.
She really looks as pretty as ever.
It's just the end of the year atmosphere and it's Christmas, so I just wanted to get emotional.
Actually, I lived my life only lamenting, and ended up locking myself in my room for a year and committing hikikomori.
I was so lucky to be rescued and now I finally feel like I have a life.
These days, I am finding happiness in my life by taking pictures.
Is it safe to say that thanks to photography, I have been able to meet many people and observe the world on my own?
The hobby of photography changed my life.
There are still many things I lack while filming, but it becomes more fun because I think there is a lot more to learn.
I started to think that life might be similar, and I felt a lot better.
A newbie in photography and a newbie in life, I am now taking baby steps and walking around~ I wanted to write something similar to a diary.
Thank you for watching until the end.
Merry Christmas.
