Bread and 'cookies' made recently

It tasted good, but it had a cooking oil smell.

I [fermented] [bread] for a long time.
And I didn't consider the size of the oven.
So the top of [bread] was burnt.
So I didn't take a picture of the baked [bread].
But it tasted good.
