Bulgogi is one of those dishes that pairs well with kimchi.
I bought meat at the butcher and got some green onion salad as a bonus.
I think it would be great to make a generous green onion bulgogi.
Pre-season the bulgogi meat and stir-fry it in a wok with cabbage, onions, and garlic.
When the meat is well cooked, add the green onions.
Since I had some leftover [buchu],
I made [buchujeon] with frozen seafood.
Crispy [buchujeon]

Kimchi and ssamjang soy sauce
So this is how the holiday ends...
