The food I am going to make this time is [Buldakganjjamppong]
I thought that Ganjjamppong was not as special as I thought, so I added buldak to ganjjamppong, thinking that it would be good to mix it with spicy buldak.
First, you need to fry the onions and green onions in oil.
Fry until the onions turn brown, then chop the green onions and fry them together.
Onions are great for preventing various adult diseases such as high blood pressure and diabetes, and they are also sweet, so they go well with any dish.
Frying them in oil like this will complete the green onion oil with a strong green onion flavor.
Stir-fry vegetables, boil noodles, and fry eggs.
After draining the well-boiled noodles, add the vegetables to the pot.
I didn't add the noodle water when I stir-fried the vegetables.
Add the sauce and stir-fry for 30 seconds on low to medium heat.
Then, serve in a bowl and enjoy.

A mix that goes really well with the stir-fried green onions + green onion oil.
