I made fresh pasta
6 egg yolks, 120g, 200g all-purpose flour
I should have added egg whites too, but the dough is hard.
After 3 hours of refrigeration, I spread the dough thinly and cut it with a knife.
It was a mess because it was too dry and cracked.
Dry for 3 hours and put in the fridge
Put the butter on the focaccia that was baked yesterday and bake it in the oven
Fry 2 eggs sunny side up
I couldn't make it thin.
It takes longer to cook than I thought.
I ground some pepper in olive oil
I made it with Grana Padano and noodles
The focaccia sandwich was just topped with a fried egg and was delicious.
The fresh pasta wasn't as delicious as I expected.
Maybe because the noodles were too thick.. the texture wasn't soft.
It was kneaded with only egg yolk so it was a bit chewy.
