This is [Pastry Bread], similar to [Paris Baguette's] [Morning Toast].
This bread was crispy on the outside and soft on the inside.

This bread was a little sweeter than the other breads in this store.

[Chestnuts] were not as sweet as other bakeries.

[Apple Pie]'s [filling] had a custard texture.
And it was creamy with a little sourness.
I liked the sweet and soft texture of [Filling].
The pie crust was crunchy and good.

[Salt Croissant] had a texture between pastry and pie.

[Comprehensive review]

I think the most important basic ingredients of bread are [flour] and [fat].
If you use low-quality [margarine] with low-quality [flour], it won't taste good no matter how well you [ferment] it.
To overcome this, you sometimes use more sweet ingredients.
[Sungsimdang]'s breads were generally less sweet. Instead, they had a stronger flavor.
That means they used good [flour] and [fat].
And what was quite impressive was that they matched the [fat] content quite well.
I thought it was a bread that was truly faithful to the basics.
And [Sungsimdang]'s [pie] was well-made, crispy, and not greasy.
