The [Basque Cheesecake] I made had a clean cross-section without [air bubbles].
And it was moist, sweet, and delicious.
My parents also said it was delicious.
However, [the tart] was difficult to shape because the [dough] did not stick well to the mold.
And [the tart] was put in the microwave instead of pressed with a [fork], so the shape puffed up too much.
So I put [the tart] in the freezer to cool down a bit.
And then I made the [chocolate filling] to put on top of [the tart].
