I made the pie based on the [Feuilltage] recipe. I think this recipe is good.

I've done this 3 times

Then I put a stone on top of the [silicon mold] and pressed the [pie].

This [pie] was really crispy

The jam to put in the [pie] was made similar to apple jam.
