- Foods on the dinner menu
- I can't drink alcohol, so I ordered non-alcoholic drinks. They were both delicious.
- [Sweet Shrimp-Gim] Cup
The [potato mousse] paired well with the sweetness of the [sweet shrimp].
The crispy roasted [gim] was also excellent.
- Katsuobushi Dashi (+ Tomato Essence + Pear)
The strong smoky flavor of [katsuobushi] and the refreshing [zest] (lemon?) were the highlight.
- [Button Mushroom] tart with baked cream.
It was perfect.
- [Abalone] Tacos.
I believe this dish is unique to this restaurant.
While other restaurants focus on making the [abalone] as tender as possible, this restaurant maintains the chewy texture while also making it tender.
- Bread.
It really tasted like [sourdough].
The [quinoa] gave it a nice texture, and the [olive oil] added a nice aroma.
- [Pine nut] porridge.
This porridge contained [mussels] and [mushrooms].
And it was topped with [Bandhuvan curry] foam.
This dish had a strong curry flavor.
- Neopchi (with [caviar] on top)
It was delicious.
- [Burdock] Tarte Tatin
It was sweet and delicious.
- Acorn noodles grilled over [charcoal]!
Of all the dishes I had that day, this was the most delicious.
It had a rich truffle aroma and a harmonious flavor.
Of all the truffle-related dishes I've ever had, this was the best.
- Main dish
This dish wasn't as tasty as I expected.
- Finger Lime Granita.
This dish had honey underneath, and I felt like the honey balanced the refreshing taste of the dish.
- [Moldy] Rice Cake
The name is shocking, but it tastes similar to [soolbbang]. (a little creamier)
-Coffee ice cream with [green onion crumble].
These foods don't seem like they should go together at all, but they strangely blend together, and it's delicious.
- Good [Black Tea] + [Yakgwa]
[Overall Review]
Every dish except the main dish was delicious.
The first dishes and the acorn noodles were especially excellent.
However, the tables were a bit spaced out, and the sound echoed so loudly that I couldn't hear the server's explanations clearly.
