Beat the egg whites until foamy.
Melt the butter and add it and mix.
Take it out of the refrigerator the next day.
I only added that much dough at the very end because I ran out. But you only need to add that much dough.
I baked it for 20 minutes and turned the pan twice.
I ate a small one and it was crispy on the outside and chewy on the inside.
Topped with salted caramel syrup.
This is taster than I thought. Anyway, I think I can make it better next time.
