I bought a kitchen knife on December 31st.
After boiling the ramyeon according to the recipe, I added the eggs.
I also added [perilla oil]
Then I took the noodles out of the ramyeon first, turned off the heat, and added the cucumbers.
(The cucumbers will also cook in the residual heat.)
Pour in the broth and it's done.
It was really delicious.
The broth was really delicious. I think the key to its flavor was the [perilla oil].
It was delicious even when I ate rice mixed in the ramyeon broth.
