I made a tomato sauce using wine, onions, Italian parsley, basil, and tomatoes.
Then I sautéed meat and vegetables to make a ragù.
I also made a white sauce with butter, flour, and milk.
After adding the white sauce to rice, I cooked it like a risotto.
Finally, I layered it in the order of risotto → cheese → ragù → cheese,
put it in the oven, and finished the dish.
