
I made a “Garlic Ragù Pasta” packed with explosive garlic flavor.
Essential ingredients:
Cherry tomatoes + garlic + bacon + onion (or shallots) + beef + pork + cheese + bacon + salt + pepper + olive oil
Optional ingredients:
Basil + rosemary + other herbs

Cherry tomatoes + basil + rosemary: I washed these vegetables thoroughly.
Cherry tomatoes: 800 g (for 2–3 servings)


US [Salchi (Beef)] 200 g + Korean pork 300 g

Bacon: Cut into long strips
Garlic + onion (shallot): Minced
Garlic: used a total of 11 cloves / Shallot: 1 medium-sized


After adding oil to the pan, I stir-fried the meat and bacon.

I added the minced garlic and onion to the pan and stir-fried them

When the [garlic] aroma becomes strong, add the [cherry tomatoes] to the pan and cook over high heat while mashing them.

Cook until it thickens like a sauce.
*Rosemary: Briefly infuse the aroma, then remove immediately.

I blended the cherry tomatoes once more with a [blender].

After adding the basil, I simmered it over medium heat.

When the sauce thickens, add 1 clove of crushed garlic.
Adding 1 clove of minced garlic makes the garlic aroma very rich.


Noodles: I used [Pappardelle] from [De Cecco].
It was delicious.
