I had a chance to go to Busan for 1 night and 2 days, so I visited ramen restaurants in Busan.
(1) [Teuchimen Ito] restaurant : Tongpoong Kalguksu
It wasn't as salty as expected, and the [Kalguksu] [noodles] and [Geotjeori] were delicious.
(2) [Kaneda] restaurant: Jjap-rairai
The restaurant exterior felt like being in Japan.
The pork aroma was subtle, and the saltiness was well-balanced.
It was a dish with great [umami] and aroma.
It had a similar vibe to the ramen at [ Ramen Daiya] in Seoul.
[Yuzu shichimi]: It was nice to finish the meal with a refreshing touch.

(3) [Sakana Ramen] restaurant: Sugoi Niboshi Ramen
I ate the [event] ramen at this restaurant.
The owner said this ramen is inspired by the [Niboshi] from [Ramen Nagi] restaurant.
*[Ramen Nagi] restaurant: Tokyo, Shinjuku City, Kabukicho, 1 Chome−1−10, 2F
This ramen had a rich and deep flavor.
The owner was kind, and the [karaage] was also delicious.
(4) [TARAKO SOBA] restaurant (Dongnae branch): [Myeongnan ] tsukemen
The restaurant interior was spacious, and the staff seemed energetic, which I liked.
The dishes here allow you to adjust the spice level, and I ordered it spicy.
The food was warm and delicious.
The noodles were less chewy compared to those at [SISIO] in Seoul, but still really tasty.

(5) [Menchovy]restaurant : Shio ramen + shoyu ramen
Shio Ramen: The rich chicken broth stood out, with a great balance of [flavored oil] [umami] and saltiness.
Shoyu Ramen: The concentrated, deep [umami] of the broth and soy sauce was impressive.
The [chicken] and [chashu] were tender, and the [broth] was warm and delicious.
The restaurant owner said [shoyu] pairs well with [pepper].
