
1) Today I made a grilled sandwich with three kinds of cheese.

2) Cheddar, Gouda, Parmigiano Reggiano



3) Grate the Parmigiano


4) Since the cheese is thick, the key is to bake it over low heat, pressing it down slowly until it melts, making sure it doesn't burn. I baked mine for 15 minutes.

5) When you cut the bread in half, the cheese flows out like a waterfall.

6) I also made a simple salad with the leftover grapefruit from yesterday and the grapefruit jelly I made.


7) Personally, I think this is the best way to eat cheese.
It tastes really good when dipped in honey.
