



(1) Green onion: I chopped it.

( 2) Sugar + soy sauce + oyster sauce + mirin + beef fat (tallow) + ginger



(3) Udon: I make the broth using a Japanese seasoning called “shirodashi” shown in the first photo, then boil it.


(4) Sushi: I bought it at the supermarket.




(5) It was delicious.
