1) I wanted to give it a nice smoky, char-grilled flavor today, so I ended up grilling it a bit too much and it got slightly burnt.
It is not easy to grill in a frying pan at home.
2) I added romaine lettuce and the vegetable sauce I had at the meat restaurant below.
3) Originally, I used to put potatoes, onions, glass noodles, and mushrooms in the sauce like [Galbijjim], but today I just grilled it.
I also had a can of beer with it.
4) As I was eating, I found it a bit salty, so I ate it with rice.
