From Bulgwang Station, go up to Bibong (Jinheungwangsunsubi)

When you come down, go through Seunggasa Temple and come down to Gugi-dong, Jongno-gu

On the left is Mt. Bukak and on the right is Mt. Inwang

Inside Mt. Bukak and Mt. Inwang are Pyeongchang-dong and Gugi-dong, Jongno-gu

This is really the best place I've been to in Seoul...
