[Paldo Sang Namja Ramen] I boiled two bowls of ramen.
Noodles - Paldo Ramen's noodles are usually not that great, but this one wasn't bad. I cooked it for the right amount of time, but it looked like it was overcooked, but it was chewy.
Soup - If you eat it before adding the soup, it tastes like regular ramen... a little different from regular Namja Ramen. It's less spicy than regular Namja Ramen, but the broth is richer. Adding the soup thickens the broth.
The broth is great for mixing with rice. You can really taste the rich broth flavor.
Ingredients - Perhaps because it's premium, the ingredients look plentiful. They also have minced garlic, which is a signature garlic ingredient, which adds a subtle kick.
Conclusion: Recommended.
