

(1) Ingredients:
Duck breast + Shallots (or onion) + Chives + Butter + Whole grain mustard + Grape juice



(2) Meat: After trimming, it was slowly cooked using an [air fryer].

( 3) The leftover bits from the [meat]: If you sprinkle salt and [pepper] on them, they're really delicious.

(4) Oil from the [meat]: Used this to cook the [skin] of the [meat].

( 5) Meat: Rested for about 10 minutes.


( 6) In the frying pan where the [meat] was cooked, remove some of the fat, then add [grape juice].
Then simmer it down, add [whole grain mustard] and [butter], and reduce a bit more to finish the [sauce].






(7) Meat: It wasn't extremely crispy, but the rich flavor of the rendered [duck fat] was excellent.

(8) The [meat] was very tender.



(9) It was very delicious.
