(1) April 17–18: Chef [Song Haseulram], who appeared on the variety program [Culinary Class Wars 1], and chef [Kim Siyeon], who appeared on [Culinary Class Wars 2], held a pop-up event.
So I visited this place on April 18.

( 2) Pop-up poster.
On my way in, [Little Tiger] was taking photos in front of the poster.

( 3) <Mama Lee Market> / <On Haru>: Each served the food they had prepared at their own tables to visitors.

(4) While giving food to people, they also put [stickers] on them.

( 5) Menu
Appetizer + Main menu + Dessert: On Haru
( 6) Shrimp & kale [Jeon]
It smelled so good that I sat down and ate it without thinking, then took a photo. It was sweet and savory, and very delicious.

( 7) Seafood pine nut sauce cold dish
A familiar taste since it's a dish that also appeared at Onjium from time to time. It's delicious.
( 8) Lotus root chicken gangjeong
The crunchy texture makes it even better. It was delicious.
( 9) Spring greens bibimbap
Bibimbap made with various [spring greens]. It was lightly seasoned with soy sauce, making it very enjoyable to eat.
( 10) Tteokgalbi + fresh spring greens salad
[Tteokgalbi] made by mincing Korean beef and pork, mixed with [onion] and [spring greens].
It had a smoky aroma and was delicious without being greasy, and the slightly bitter taste of the greens added a nice balance.

( 11) [Mugwort rice cake] + [tomato jelly]
Fragrant [mugwort rice cake] topped with sweet and nutty [soybean powder]. A chewy and pleasant way to finish the meal.
(12) Because the side dishes were prepared by chefs who make food so flavorful, I was able to enjoy the dishes even outside of a restaurant setting.
[Mama Lee Market]: Presented food that is widely enjoyable and easy to like.
[On Haru]: Showcased dishes that highlight the natural taste and depth of ingredients, which I really liked.
