- Cooking knives: I bought two more because they were on sale.
- I prepared [onions] and [garlic].
- Noodles: Boiled for 9 minutes
- Butter + Perilla oil: Add these and mix
- Usamgyeop (beef): I stir-fried them with added salt and pepper.
After removing the excess fat, I'll add the sauce and onions and cook them using the residual heat.
- Dressing: Tsuyu 2 + perilla oil 4 + ground sesame seeds 2 + minced garlic 2 + Yeondoo (seasoning)
- Mix this well with the noodles. Serve with [sesame leaves] and grilled beef.
- I also added [tomato salad] and [beer].
It was delicious.
