Simple Japanese home cooking

It seems like bell peppers are a representative vegetable that Japanese people eat more of than Koreans.
I prepared them, put them in a bowl, drizzled sesame oil over them, and microwaved them.
Doing it this way makes it easy to get the cooking level just right without having to stir-fry them separately.

miso soup

[Samgyeopsal] Stir-fry until browned all over,
Add bell peppers and mushrooms.
It tastes good if you season with oyster sauce, MSG, and soy sauce.

It tastes even better if you torch it thoroughly.

It was delicious.

I added freeze-dried [seaweed pieces] to the miso soup.

I dipped a cucumber in Caesar's dressing and ate it.
